Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the browser extension "ReviewSleuth" (the "Software") provided by ReviewSleuth ("we"). By using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Software. A ReviewSleuth Pro license can be activated on up to 3 devices per key. License keys may not be transferred, shared or resold.

2. Nature of the grades

Grades and warnings are automated estimates based on public information shown on Amazon pages. They are opinions about how trustworthy reviews appear, not statements of fact about any product, seller or reviewer, and they do not prove that any review is fake. Make your own purchasing decisions.

3. Third-party services

The Software is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon may change its pages or limit what your account can see, which can affect how the Software works.

4. Prohibited use

• Modifying or reverse-engineering the Software to bypass license limits
• Using the Software or its output to harass sellers, reviewers or others, or for unlawful purposes
• Obtaining, sharing or selling license keys improperly

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described under "Returns and refunds" in the Commercial disclosure. A refunded or charged-back license is deactivated.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" and may stop working if Amazon changes its website. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including purchasing decisions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
